At IBIZA, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on purchases.

  • Once a sale is made, it is considered final.

2. Exchanges

  • Shoes can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

  • A valid invoice/receipt must be presented.

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • Shoe boxes are part of the product and must be returned undamaged.

  • For hygiene and product quality reasons, please try shoes only on a carpeted surface.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.

3. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, please provide:

    • Your order number

    • The item you wish to exchange

    • The model/size you would like instead

  • We recommend contacting our team before sending back your shoes so we can place your exchange on hold and ensure availability.

4. Return Shipping

  • IBIZA does not cover the cost of returns.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping.

  • Please use the most cost-effective tracked option available to ensure safe delivery back to us.
