2. Exchanges

Shoes can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

A valid invoice/receipt must be presented.

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Shoe boxes are part of the product and must be returned undamaged.

For hygiene and product quality reasons, please try shoes only on a carpeted surface.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
